Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In light of Covid-19, we are experiencing some unexpected delays to certain regions. We will take responsibility and we will refund your order if 45 days have passed since the date of shipping and you have not received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide your confirmation email or purchase receipt within your package when you return it to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

CANCELLATIONS

We aim to ship your order between 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Once an order has been placed, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. To cancel your order, please send us a written request to [email protected]

Any emails received within the 24-hour time frame will be cancelled. This includes situations where the product has already been shipped.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on our SilverHolder™ LED headlights kits. For all other products, 1 Year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that result in the product failing to operate. Any damage inflicted by the user through inflicted damage or unconventional use, will not be covered by our warranty.

Any product sent out to replace a damaged product will not be covered by this warranty and cannot be replaced but will be refunded. This is to prevent anyone from exploiting our quick turn around system for replacements.

In order to receive your FREE replacement product we will require evidence clearly showing the defect. This evidence will be required in video form. Once satisfactory evidence of this defect is presented to our Customer Support team we can begin the replacement procedure.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to our only returns centre which is located at the following address:

SilverHolder Warehouse, 116 Mingzhu Street, Shatin Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
