All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must email us within 12 hours of their order being placed. This is to make sure it is not shipped before the cancellation is requested.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please expect additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will then receive an email with a link to your tracking information once your order has reached the first checkpoint on its journey.
This website ships to addresses worldwide however due to security reasons, we do not deliver to any military areas.We are also not deliver for any island. We will either ship from our factory in China for most international orders.A small number of US orders are shipped from the U.S. Amazon warehouse as we adjust our inventory.
All shipments are traceable through the ‘track order’ page on our website. In light of Covid-19, we are experiencing both higher demand and unpredictable shipping behaviour. Ultimately, we are also taking extra measures to ensure the utmost safety of our staff, our delivery drivers and customers.

On every order, we are given this time frame by our shipping company which can also be found on all of our product pages.
The time it may take for your order to reach you may vary depending on where you live. This is because we can ship to most countries worldwide and cannot provide accurate delivery times for every location. Some remote locations may take longer than 27 working days to be delivered. The time span provided is an estimate provided by our shipping company.
If you have placed an order with us that was intended as a gift for Christmas and given this information you believe it may not arrive in time, you can get in touch with us to cancel your order. Generally, we will ship your items within 72 hours of receiving your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have already been shipped. A refund can only be received once the items are shipped back to us upon receiving the item.
We do not advise ordering any items intended to be gifts for Christmas in early December. This is because we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas to every location when shipping internationally. Once your order is processed we hand it over to the shipping company to ship internationally. In some rare cases, a country’s shipping policies may constitute an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax. SilverHolder is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If more than 45 working days have passed and you have not received your order please email us at [email protected] and we will provide information on the status of your order. In some circumstances, you may be entitled to a full refund or a partial refund. Most of our orders are tracked so we can update you on what has occurred during delivery.
SilverHolder is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
